Do you offer in-person sessions?Yes, I offer in-person therapy sessions at my office located at 19712 MacArthur Blvd, Suite 110, Irvine, CA 92612. The office is part of a wellness space designed for mental health practitioners, providing a calm, private, and comfortable environment to support your therapy experience.
-
Do you accept insurance?Yes, I am currently in-network with Aetna. If you are covered by Aetna, we can verify your benefits before we begin our work together so that you’ll have a clear understanding of your coverage and any out-of-pocket costs. My goal is to make the administrative side of therapy as smooth and transparent as possible, so you can focus fully on your progress and growth.
-
How do I schedule an appointment? You can schedule an appointment by reaching out via phone, email, or through my website contact form. I begin with a free 15-minute phone consultation as a first step, which allows us to connect briefly, talk about what you’re looking for in therapy, and ensure that my approach aligns with your needs. It’s an important opportunity to ask questions, get a sense of what working together might be like, and decide if it feels like the right fit moving forward.
-
What states are you licensed to practice in?I'm licensed to practice in California (34855) and New York (027195). Being licensed in multiple states allows me to offer services to clients residing in either California or New York, whether they prefer in-person sessions (where available) or virtual therapy.
-
What is your fee?My session fee is $250. I understand that therapy is an investment- both emotionally and financially- and I’m committed to offering a high level of care that supports meaningful, lasting growth. If you have questions about the fee, payment options, or whether your insurance may offer any out-of-network reimbursement, I’m happy to discuss those with you directly.

How does virtual therapy work?I offer virtual therapy to residents of both California and New York. Sessions are held through a secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform, which ensures your privacy and confidentiality. This means you can attend therapy from the comfort and convenience of a private space that feels right for you- whether that’s your home, office, or another quiet place where you feel safe and at ease.
